What is Brilliant Minds Advocacy?
Brilliant Minds Advocacy is a support service designed to empower families and individuals with autism through resource navigation, advocacy, and culturally affirming education.
Who do you serve?
We work with families, parents, caregivers, and autistic adults seeking support, guidance, and resources.
Do you only serve families in the state of Massachusetts or can you work with anyone?
We provide both in-person and virtual services, so we can support clients nationwide.
What services do you offer?
Our services include:
- – Resource Navigation: We help families and individuals identify, access, and connect with relevant resources, support networks, and community programs tailored to their unique needs. This includes information on therapies, financial assistance, educational opportunities, and more.
- – IEP/504 Plan Assistance & Advocacy: Navigating the educational system can be complex. We offer expert assistance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans, ensuring that your child receives appropriate accommodations and services. Our advocacy extends to attending school meetings, reviewing documents, and working collaboratively with school staff to secure the best educational outcomes.
- – Parent Coaching: We provide personalized coaching to parents of children with autism and special needs, equipping them with strategies, tools, and knowledge to effectively support their child’s development, manage challenges, and advocate for their child’s best interests.
- – Life Skills Coaching for Adults with Autism: We provide tailored life skills coaching for adults on the autism spectrum, focusing on practical skills necessary for independent living, employment, social engagement, and personal well-being. This can include areas such as financial literacy, daily routines, social communication, and self-advocacy.
- – Autism Friendly Business Designation: We work with businesses to help them become more inclusive and accessible for individuals with autism. This service involves consulting, training, and providing guidance on creating autism friendly environments and practices, ultimately leading to an “Autism Friendly Business Designation.

How do I know which service is right for me or my family
We recommend booking a consultation so we can learn about your needs and guide you to the best fit.
Are services in-person, virtual, or both?
We offer flexible options, including virtual sessions to accommodate busy families and those outside our immediate area.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, our services are private pay. However, we can provide invoices for families who may seek reimbursement through their insurance or employer benefits.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
